Affiliate Program FAQ

  • How does your affiliate program work?

    Once approved, you will receive a unique discount code and affiliate link to share. You will be awarded a 20% commission on all order placed through your referral. We will then pay you on a quarterly basis. 

  • Is there any cost to join the affiliate program?

    No, our program is 100% free.

  • How are sales tracked?

    Commission is tracked through your unique affiliate link or unique discount code.

  • Are there any incentives to join?

    You will get a unique 15% discount code to share with your audience and will earn 20% commission on affiliate orders.

  • How much do you pay in commission?

    20% commission on the final subtotal of a referred retail order after all discounts have been applied, excluding clearance items. 

  • How long will my affiliate referral (cookies) last?

    Your affiliate referral (cookies) last 2 months.

  • Why do I need to submit a tax form?

    We know you like to get paid in a timely manner, so we request this required payment paperwork upfront.

  • How often do you pay your affiliates?

    Payments are issued quarterly for the previous quarter, after 30 days have passed to allow for any refunds or other order issues to resolve. After the returns period, payments should be received within two weeks. 


    For example, Q1 of the year ends March 31. On April 30, a payments report is created, and we generate and mail payments by May 14.

  • What type of tools do you provide to your affiliate?

    We will provide you with all the tools necessary to promote our products, including specific language around our brand and products, as well as digital imagery.

  • How old do I have to be to join the program?

    You must be 18 years or older to join our affiliate program.

  • Can I join the affiliate program if I am outside of the United States?

    Thanks for your interest, but we currently do not accept any affiliates outside the United States. Please check this page from time to time for updates to the program.
